Paul-Andre Savoie: Chairman of the Board Over the years, Paul-André Savoie, founder and chairman of Guardian, has developed extensive expertise in the industry. He is recognized for his role in the 1994 creation of Boomerang, the first security system in Quebec to use cell phone technology to track stolen vehicles. He also founded Datacom in 1999, which created Mobilus, a GPS vehicle recovery system based on AMPS technology, as well as Mobicom, a GPS tracking system built specifically for modern fleet management in Canada. He put the experience he gained through twelve years working in every branch of the automobile insurance risk management industry together with tens of millions of dollars invested in research and development to create the Guardian line of products. With leading edge technology, these products offer operational and financial models that are simple, flexible and innovative. Lyne Potvin: General Manager Lyne earned a post graduated college degree for Administrative Assistant. Her experience in business administration guided her in the last 10 years towards the implementation of management systems and CRMs, such as CRM Oracle, Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In 2006 she participated actively in the launch of Guardian, where she is presently General Manager. In 2009, Lyne also added her collaboration to the Operasoft team as Project Manager. She has the ability to develop and implement viable and efficient solutions while working closely with customers, key partners and co-workers. Lyne also obtained her commercial helicopter pilot license in 2004. Xavier Massignani-Bourgault: Senior Coordinator, Technical Support Xavier possesses more than 10 years of experience in the installation of anti-theft systems, GPS tools and fleet management systems. He has been working with Paul-André Savoie since 2002, less 3 years at CATSA. He is very customer-service and quality control driven. Furthermore, he worked at CATSA from 2007 to 2010 as an operator and control agent. |
